1.ur previous history(if u have)
2.age
3.status
4.car
etc...........
anyway at last u wouldnt get low insurance even with G
untill u have clear record of atlist 5 years......

What do you consider low? I think it is not the dollars alone, but as you have said, there are various aspects to consider - and for same person, different companies can quote extremely different prices. A $3000 might be reasonably low for a particular situation, while it might be too high in some case even with the same car.
I think we have one auto insurance expert on this forum who can answer this question better. Massod seems to have given some of the more important details about his requirement to be able to generate an estimate and a reasonable reply.

They increased our premiums (called an "industry-wide" increase!)claiming huge losses last year, and now suddenly they're wallowing in money. I hate this more than taxes, I really do! What a scam!
