Well,I think msg from geetahari is fully relevant, justified and normal.I would have also preferred to go for a chai, coffee or may be a pizza, movie or just hang around the town with a girl and it being as casual as with that a male friend.
Some people don't realize there is a difference between girlfriend and friend who is girl.
Otherwise also I consider boys hanging around with girls more normal than boys clinging too much with boys...

Amazingly, this post humoured me at it's very best, and moreover looking at the immature comments by fellow-desi's.

What's wrong if someone is looking for a boy/girl friend on this forum? Are we so immature and childish to even question this sort of post? Someone mentioned about this forum being used by families. Are you sure? Does someone with their whole family sits in-front of this site to read comments? Even if they do, I don't see any reason why a dating prospect can't be posted here - as long as it's healthy, not vulgar, and done in appropriate way. I thought the people who browse CD are educated and open-minded. But looking at the responses here prove otherwise.

I see no problem with these posts, if done appropriately.

I am really urging the fellow Indo-Canadians to please GROW-UP. Please introspect.

P.S. I am married :)

Getting married in Gibraltar near Spain
Christ you know that it's easy
all you have to do is ask for a date on CD...

Ok folks just couldn't resist TRANSMOGRIFYING a song by a legendary singer...

'tis the season to be merry...

Should there be a hang up? as far back as I can remember dating has been around with desis right from Wadia college to Xavier's and beyond.

I am sure many of you from other parts of India will also attest to that.
Koi Sydenham, KC ya Ferguson ka hai kya idhar?

DATE ON!

ROCK ON!

By saying 'I am married', I was simply implying that I wasn't looking for a date and just presented my viewpoint to defend the poster.
