the thing which upsets me is that you people dont have a true love for this country and just came here to make money and one day go back to india, or get citizenship to go to the states i see it all the time when i meet indian immigrants and they say " oo back home in india" or " in america this and that" and im like aren't u a canadian citizen, isn't this your home??
So learn to love this counrty, adapt to its ways, like knowing something about hockey or yeah its cold well just accept the weather and make an effort to have non indian friends. If you make an eoffrt the so called bad gora people are receptive believe it or not.
If you cant then just go back or immigrate elsewhere!!!

Who owns this country apart from you. Many like me. Your arrogance is what granted by your parents by sacrificing their lives. Ask your parents how they drank their tears just for your progress. Go thru the Govt web site where stats are available .one in three, according to that site , are experienced discrimination. These people ( South Asians of which Indians are a major chunk ) make earnings thru work more than average Canadians, means their major earnings are thru work .They send their children to make them graduates more than average Canadians . They love their parents and look after them more than the average Canadians. They earn less than average Canadians, to me, means they are more efficient in leading their contented lives. I can say they will have less unbroken marriages. What is left for them to learn from 2nd generation Canadians.
This is same with every immigrant from any corner of the world. This country is for 2nd generation. That is mankind
Your success considering your young age and your asian background, I give 500% marks to your parents who did your HOMEWORK to launch you.
If any Indian is frustrated , it is the rough road to build the future of their children.
Real Indians are rare. Many of whom you talk about may not be 100% Indians in the sense that If you can’t speak at least three Indian languages, you don’t know anything about India and to represent that great country. Languages are not tools for communication. Out there they are cultures. Great diversity. More diverse than Canada.
You want a melting pot, less diversity.
I am reading Santharam , a white lived in India after escaping jail In Australia. Pl read to understand and compare.
Questioning is the way of democracy. Answer them as a sophisticated Canadian.
WE never called any Goras Bad . Not even the bad ones . We persuaded them to leave India. Showed them our chest to shower their bullets. They are crying now for avoiding Nobel prize for our Father .
beautiful language when i was in high school!! so as a Canadian Citizen i do speak the native languages.
To the second post i ‘m not sour, i did a one year co-op in the states while at uni and i also back packed oz while at uni and liked it and wanted to live there for a bit and did my masters, but Canada is and will always be my beloved country and home.
