I had two licenses of US from May 2007 - Jun 2010 . These got expired.
Presently have Indian License - from 1999 for Two Wheeler with Gear + from May 2010 for CAR- Added on to the old license only

What docs I will need to get G (Full) License of Canada ?

Presently in India since Dec 2009.

To my knowledge, they will replace the expired license provided the expiration date is not before 12 months, all documents available. You need to talk / visit the motor office immediately.

Actually it is upto 2 years expired license for exchanging US license. This is how i got my license. mine had expired for almost 2 years

You will need to get proof of ur driving record from the State where u held the license.

If u cant get the license exchanged in canada u can ask the US state to renew ur license, most states renew by mail.

What if the license is active and want to exchange it to Canadian license. Do we still have to get the driving record from the state? If so, is this rule consistent with all the provinces?

I left US in 2009, and License expired June 2010. I can not enter US as my visa (F-1) is expired. In this case how can I get the DRIVING RECORD from Virginia State. Also, got Reckless Driving ticket in May 2009.

Presently in India, holding Driving License.

Do just giving them Expired License of US + Indian License will suffice or I need to take the Driving Record from India ?

U can mail them the request and they will mail back ur driving request to canada.
