If the person is of opposite sex...personally I may not mind hiring such woman...provided she meets at least minimum needed requirements.

Boothnath ji , yahan personal secretory hire karney kee baat nahi ho rahi , koi engineer, sales person ya consultant hire ho raha hai !! :D ...

It was never mentioned hire ho "Raha" he ya ho "Rahi" he...so I will hire her with the hope that someday I may get to see rest of the tattoos and piercing.. ;)
Now if you are the one who is going work with this person and you personally cannot stand these things then you should not hire even if person is capable...But if you are thinking from other perspective and if person is exceptionally good then I don't see any issue hiring such individual. After working for a while, may be one day you will come to work with Tattoo on your arm and pierced tongue ;)

;-)
Wearing ornaments or utensils on eye brows or tongue is not part of business casuals... so will not hire , no matter how 'desirable' she looks. A person whether exceptional or a vegetable is first known by an attire and appearance. After all it is matter of representing an organization. I 'll hire with a condition that she or he conducts in professional manner.

On side note, After years of corporate work, kabhi kabhi merey mann main khyaal aataa hai, kee how is the other side of the world ? !!

Waiting for a lottery win to start living to fullest !!

I can't disagree with this opinion anymore..
"For sure Hire" why not?

If rest of the tattoos/piercing aren't correct - you can always fire !!

Lol ... such a fire can 'back' fire !!

Business trends are rapidly changing, where only suits were allowed, now jeans and shorts has become a common trend. granpas are now reporting to college kids.
Turn the table for a bit..you have applied to a very lucrative job position and passed all the levels of interviews and got salary and perks as needed only to find out that the person you will be reporting to is full of "utensils" on his body. Will you be taking the job? Give it a sincere thought.

Piercing/tatoo are so common. I work in downtown and in this summer season I see lots of teenagers with tatoo. It would depend for which position the person is being hired and where the tatoo is (including picture / words tatooed). For example for Tim horton or Mcdonald job, such a person would be most fit. I wonder in future these kids would be managers and they may mandate "tatoo" as a job requisite. I may or may not hire such a person but I would certainly date Tatooed girl!
