As I did not see any thread on this, creating one.
I applied for my parents sponsorship to immigrate in the new rules that started accepting only 5000 applications from 2-Jan-2014.
My application reached there on 14-Jan-2014.
They took out the $1100 from my credit card end of Jan, but I have not received any letter yet even confirming that they received the application.
Just wondering if anyone had money taken out and received any communication from CIC. Or anyone that had application returned.

CARRY ANY AND ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE WITH YOU....Please take all of the documents that you have about yourself and your son. Go to a location that will help you fill out most of it for you for FREE. It is called Immigrant Help Center, close to DIXIE and BURNHAMTHORPE roads and ask for one Mr. KALRA and he will provide you with the best services you can get.
