What is the mean of Ministers permit?ans whats da purpose of Misisters permit?and how any one can get the Misisters permit?

Minister's permit is a special document signed by the minister that overrides everything else and allows you to enter/stay in Canada. Not easy to get. You may approach a lawyer for further advice.
