O smart CDs,I am a Canadian citizen working in the USA these days.My wife is an Indian PP holder on dependent visa. Is it possible to file for the PR status of my daughter only who was born in USA ~6 months ago.Will I have to go to Canada to do that ? In fact my employer wont let me take off for more than a few days !!
