I had been pondering over a multicultural system, which gives due recognition to a person’s abilities and utilizes those in the best possible way, so that a sense of building, belonging and responsibility is there in the participants.

A Quick Check: In a country of immigrants, in a round table conference, one would find people from different races, religions, cultures. If yes, then that country can be called as respectful to human values.
