The intention is good.
The only question is " How can they achive all this without a corruption less government". Previous regimes have proven to us that " More promises, more corruption"
Since Vijayakanth is a actor loved by the masses, he will surely win the seat. It seems that the holding MLA of that seat has not even visited the constituency in the last 5 years and so Vijayakanth has a very good chance of winning. Vijayakanth is seen as a honest person but the party that he represents will drag him into corruption.
