I got an IW in september. However, the letter from CHC new Delhi has no date. Is this usual from CHC, New Delhi

When can I expect my medicals. I applied in Aug99\

4 years!!! Looks like the new year will bring you good news ...

It is usual for CHC letters to come undated.
