Hi,
I'm trying to incorporate shortly and I've collected the links and procedures to proceed with incorporation. I am trying to do this by myself.

There are named companies and numbered companies ...
Named company you choose a name ....
which will cost you a little more as nobody else should be using this name and you have to search the names which are available
another thing you may want to setup your corporation to have
GST
Payroll
you can setup GST and payroll later as well .....

Currently planning to go with the number company.

You mean while filing taxes or right at the start itself.

I would recommend at the start. Besides taxes, you need to file GST on a quarterly basis.
As well, the accountant would be able to best advise you on your setup right from the start so that you can reap the tax benefits of being incorporated. You don't want to find out at the end of your fiscal that you could've done something differenlty to save big on taxes.
