Electrical equipments?

I am coming to Toronto as a first timer in mid august.Please can someone tell if I would be able to use my laptop straightaway or use an adaptor?Where can i find an adapter if I need one?

Normally the Power Supply adaptor (i.e. the AC to DC convertor attached to the cord, that comes with the laptop) is rated 110-240V AC. Read the spec on it and you will know.

Although you might need a pin adaptor which you can get from any dollar-store or wallmart.
