Has anyone known of Immigration Officer refusing entry to a person holding valid PR despite his not fulfilling PR requirements ?

I ve known a couple of cases to the contrary where even with in days to PR expiry , people were admitted but not known if anyone was refused ...

Please share if you have known of any ....

Yes, not refused entry but sent to Immigration Appeals Board with a form to list all addresses and prove that PR status is being maintained.
This was quite some time ago and the process may have changed now.
Search for "Residency obligation appeals" and Immigration Appeals Board to find out the latest process.
