Square one would be ideal,my only concern is the commute to the city but then again if I get a job in mississauga wld be great ...!looking for a building that has security,close to grocery and school,church is main priority...

"City Centre" - by that do you mean Toronto City Centre? One area I can recommend Yonge/Davisville area - properties owned by Greenwin (sorry I don't have the link - but easy to Bing/Google). They own several apt bldgs on Davisville Ave - all are well maintained and not very expensive. Davisville Ave is just between Eglinton and St Clair - well located and served by subway and buses. School is on Davisville Ave itself - few minutes walking distance. Nice park at the end of Davisville Ave. The only downside - grocery stores are not close-by.
