It seems that this thread has genrated mass interest in the past 24 hrs.

There ve been mixed opimions about Guru420 but I rememebr and old Indian adage 'suno sabkee karo dil kee ' . Guys lets give Guruji a fair chance with an open mind . And if possible keep close 2 the discussion issue .

I wish 2 start a small drugstore worth say $100k-$150k and need 50% as finance / debt ............... Like 2 start 1 new in the area of DownTown . Please generalise the steps I shd undertake n this venture .

1. What r the different sources of taking Institutional Credit and how can 1 proceed about it .
2. Talking abt Banks , what kind of credit worthiness can a new Imigrant / 1yr old Imigrant show to gain a loan .
3. On grounds what r the realities 4 such loans . How imp is the Project Report 4 such a loan and what kind of assets do the Banks expect ??
4. What can substantiate 'credit worthiness' . I have had accounts in 5 banks Internationally and never taken a loan .Does that constitute 'good credit worthiness' . If not then what ?? pls specify .
