Mishter India is back with a bang !!!

Hey all. Mishter India - the Motivational Guru is back in Toronto with a bang .... But this time he is not single... he is double...

Sudhish, Thanks for remembering me...I am NOT a motivational guru or anything like that .
Like everyone else on this forum i also just express my views , it just happens to be very different than most members.

One of the reasons I became more active was that i truly believe that most indians who come here have all the potential it takes to succeed in this country.

But unfortunately there is soo much fear of failure instilled in their minds that even if they have the potential to succeed they get deep in "self doubt" mode and are not able to realize their full potential.
Many indians succeed here big time , and many keep struggling. One common trait i found in those who are struggling is that they dont truly believe from very deep within that they CAN acheive what they want.
This belief will not guarantee success but it will surely remove many mental barriers that we indians create for ourselves.
Focussing on the chances of failure will not get us to success.

I used to be a big time skeptic myself till I changed my views , AND that changed my life and career ....big time.

Just some personal experiences. Nothing more.

But you have been a fresh breath of life to a lot many of us. Esp to aspiring and die hard optimists.
