I came across this surprising post where the author has clearly alleged Kejriwal for lifting the 80% of the material for his book "Swaraj" from another book - "BHARTIYA RAJ VYAVASTHA".
I haven't read any of the those books and so I can't support that claim but the post is quite interesting.

It might be easy for the AAP to discard the allegations as work of Sanghis. For a party where the Tri-Ranga or Rastra-Pati doesn't count much, who cares about others?

Who stops him from filing the lawsuit against Kejriwal? Until that is done, it's all a drama against AAP and the frustration therefrom.
I truly think you are going overboard, exhausted, too consumed, and possessed with Kejriwal, as do the entire Moditwa Party these days.
Swaraj , political decentralisation, is original Idea of Gandhi, picked up by Vinoda Bhave, JP, Anna and Kejriwal. There are number of writers in last 60-70 years who wrote on the subject. Kejriwal has compiled the manifesto of their movement in the book and never claimed the roaylity.
Btw , anybody who believes in what Raju Parulker is writing is surely a gullible commoner who is falling in his trap. You need to know history of this man who was blogger of Anna and Kejriwal and then got disgruntled from team specially from Kiren Bedi and Kejriwal and started writing against them , since 2011. Now he spares Ms Bedi and is trying to nit pick Kejriwal.
I see somebody gets trapped easily !

Stay away from personal attacks. If AAP party believes in Freedom of thinking, I can have different thinking than yours and I can still be a good person. 
Now on the topic, as I have said I don't what is the matter, but knowing Kejri from his public life, this is definitely a possibility. He doesn't have his own brain, might have emptied during his study, and so he is using others and dumping them as soon as he gets a chance.
It is not the word swaraj or the concepts around that, but the pages and pages are copied from that book as per the report.
