I think the condition of immigrants is a non issue.

sad but true.

Some MPs of indian origin have raised the issue, But immigrants are not citizens and so its a wasted effort from them for a group of people who cant vote.

I know immigrants can't vote. I meant which party has soft corner to people who have migrated here.

I normally vote Liberal...but after all these scandals I think some 'vanvas' will do them good. Dont agree with the conservatives too much so they dont get my vote. Maybe NDP...even though I find them too much to the left.
So basically, as things stand now...I'll vote anti-liberal. I think the major beneficiary from this is going to be the conservatives.

The liberals policies have been quite immigrant friendly, however nobody has else has really had a chance in the past decade or so. I'm talking about immigration policies. Dont think any party has any 'soft' corner for recent immigrants. I hope we dont need it.

Liberals did good with balancing the books.... - kudos on that
but they cut funding in important sectors, not to mention the curruption scandals. Remember there is no smoke without fire.

Conservatives are out of the picture of doing a lousy job in fedral politics, deficit financing, etc.

I think my vote would goto either NDP or Green party....i have to make up my mind.
