Ok montu, that's better! Getting back to your questions:
1. You say you have production related experience in the field of

manufacturing (Bearing Manufacturing)....Production related activities.exposure of Precision Machining(Grinding,Superfinishing)
FMEA,DOE,SPCSix sigma etc

Do you have only supervisory experience or is it hands-on? If it is the latter, AND you are lucky enough, you can hope to get employed. But you will need to get certified by the appropriate Canadian authority, and I do not know what it would be in your case, to practise your skill.

2. You say you are getting an opportunity

Again, will this opportunity provide you with experience in actual implementaion or will it be again only be managerial. If it is the former, then yes, your chances of finding suitable employment are better, depending of course on, again your luck, and on how good you are at the job.

If Chances of getting a job iin Manufacturing in canada are bright then I will not switch over to IT.But if chances of getting a job as production supervisor are less then I will swicth over to IT(SAP-PP).
Please advise whther to switchover to SAP field or stay in manufacturing

I do not understand why you are not willing to switch over into this new opportunity, regardless of anything else. You already have 8 years experience in one area. Sticking to it will only add another couple of years to something you already have. Comparing that to getting exposed to SAP-PP, you will be adding to your skill set something that is quite well in demand. Therefore, IMO, you should take up the SAP thing in any case. It can only make things better.
Advice given.:D
