I'm with TD home and auto insurance. Dont know their rates off the top of my head but I've been happy with their service...especially the time I had to make a claim.

I have heard horror stories of ING insurance as well - auto as well as home.
They claim to be the cheapest, but are not always so.
In any case, you get what you pay for.
