How can one get a MC from India ,would Indian Consulate here be of any help as it does in Driving Licence cases. Well in fact what is a proper MC ? An affadavit on a stamp paper can be considered as MC .

Thats good one ,but wont be helpful to me as one has to be physically there,Indian consulate charges $20 and issues a Certificate of Marrige that may solve my purpose.
