Hi,
Can someone provide me with approx premiums for life insurance coverage of 1million $ for someone 31yrs, non-smoker male, good physical health? Thanks a bunch!

I think you are talking about term life insurance.

I am paying $51 for the insurance of 700,000 per month. I have 10 year term. non-smoking 38. Oh this insurance is for me and my wife each for 350,000.

For a fully convertible and renewable term prices start around $50.00 ? Million at that age.

I am amazed at the premium you mentioned. Living in Dubai I tried to get Life Insurance from ALICO they quoted me U.S.D.2800 p.year for 15 years for the policy of U.S.$100,000 for myself .Offcourse you get some money back after 10,15,20 years as per their table. Insurance is not widely acceptable here and few Indians go for it.

Can I take a canadian policy before coming there or immidiately after coming, I will be coming there in July 03. Do I have to have a job before taking a policy.

You could purchase Term Life or Universal Life immediately upon arrival in Canada. You don't need a job to purchase an insurance.
