Thank you for your reply. However, I have one more question.

My mother is passed away. Does my father have to include the marriage certificate with the application. Since my mom is passed I don't see the relevance.

You do not have to include marriage certificate , since your mother is no more.

After scanning some of the previous posts in this thread, it has been reported that the processing time was moved back by a few weeks (probably in error) but moving back by three months is unprecedented and one can only hope that it is a data entry mistake, as pointed out by Trinity

On a related note, there was another update on the Canada in-processing time for parental sponsorship on March 9 and it is still showing showing Aug 8 2006.

My parents received medical forms in India. Does anyone know, currently how long it may take to get visa call after medical request is submitted?

My Parents went through their Medical in July 2008 - and We are still waiting for Visa. Passports were requested in Nov 2008.

Validity of medical reports under such category is one year. In my opinion 4 months is time enough for CHC Delhi to process complete file. If I were you, I would order CAIPS note.
