hi guys,

Can somebody let me know if there is any need of IT clearance for ppl moving out of india on immigrant visa.

No body asked me when I moved to Canada. But still I got clearance certificate from IT department, when I moved here. As long as you file your IT returns and pay your tax in time, there should not be a problem.
