If you want to pick them up yourself, then no.
My suggestion is to pick them up yourself.
When you go to submit the passports, you will face the long wait times.
However, when you pick up, it is much faster.
So other than the driving time to/from VFS, there is not much benefit in having it delivered rather than picked up.
Also, make sure you carry photocopies of every single page of the Indian passports that have any kind of note, annotation, visa, mark, stamp, etc. on it.
Even if the note/stamp has no connection with India or Canada.
Check all the passports to make sure you make the required photocopies.
If you miss even 1 page, they will make you do the copies there just before you can submit.
They charge $0.50 for photocopy per page at the VFS office (how kind of them, when you can get photocopies of $0.10 anywhere else).
I got snared by this tactic and paid almost $5 just for photocopies.

Thanks Hiren and Practicm,
I already started Hanuman chalisha from today morning.
I was not afraid when we gave our interview at Delhi - Canadian embessey on 2006 for PR, but to go at our Indian consulate or VFS it is really mystery.
Hope today God and luck will with me and process should be go smoothly....
What a tragedy we all have here......
I got my Canadian passport with 5 days after applied. Application time taken hardly 30 minutes with peace of mind and recieved Canadian PP within 5 days at Home. Total cost me $87 each passport and now to cancel Indian Passport i don't know how long time and money will take.
God is great.....

I will say this, though - I appreciate VFS for the organized fashion in which they are providing these services.
It is a lot, lot better than what CGI, Toronto, was doing.
I have waited for hours and hours at CGI just for submitting applications for passport renewal, visa, etc.
The misinformation, the crude treatment by the front desk folks, the long drive downtown, the parking hassles, etc. I did not care for.
VFS, on the other hand, is conveniently located in the 'burbs, there is ample, free, parking and everything is done in an organized, orderly manner.
It is not easy to provide services to over 1,000 applicants per day (for various services).
So far, they haven't been doing a bad job of it.
And.They.Are.Open.On.Saturdays. Hurray!
