Visa Rejected under SPP category for SEP-2017

Hi,
My visa got refused on 14th April based on the following grounds:
-You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:
-purpose of visit
-Other reasons:-Your proposed studies are not logical in light of one or more of : previous studies and work experience, academic record, level of establishment in your home country,language abilities and your future plans.
I applied for information technology solutions at Humber college for Sep-2017 intake. Previous background:
10th -78% passed out in 2007
12th (PCM) -72% passed out in 2009
Degree/Graducation- B.Tech in Computer Science- 59% passed out in 2013
Backlogs -10
Work experience-3 years as Senior Systems Engineer /Business Analyst
current working as consultant in leading CRM company.
Please advise.
Please go through this link provided and make a valued judgment. I know that you have been refused. That is not the end of the road. If you can rework your application with all of the paper work, plus with an additional letter from your previous employer stating that they will rehire you after you complete the required courses, and after your return (Don't have to return after the course at all!!) will get you into Canada for what your good plans are. So back to the drawing board.
That is how you play with the system and work it to your advantage. Now you know ! AND you can always return back and the option is always yours.

The community colleges in Canada are shitty crappy colleges who loot international students with high fees. 3-4 times the fees of local residents.
Most international students waste their time, energy and money doing these courses and don't get a job, when they come out. Most of them go back or do low level McDonalds type jobs after graduation.
Big scam.

Biggest scam is consultant from India
- student with higher education can apply straight for masters but i see lot of them coming here wasting few years with diploma and try to get PR
Master degree has its own benefits especially for PR ( also time saved with better degree)
But consultant in India don't get cut from university so they will not advice student to go for master degree... they always force them to go into private college diploma courses where they get 25-35% cut
That is called white scam - and there are so many

Agreed. However as per my knowledge university only accept good academics score. They review only those profile which have 70% throughout the studies.
Thats why student those have less 70% apply under colleges for pg diploma.

To the OP: Since, you have considerable experience, why not look for the PR route? See if you could get the Skilled based PNP (Provincial Nominee Program). Google to see what are the requirements for each of the Canadian Provinces' requirements for PNP.
First line of the program description is
"Humber’s Information Technology Solutions graduate certificate program is carefully designed to support students without an information technology (IT) background."
Probably they felt the course you have chosen is weaker than the profile you have (B.Tech Computer Science + 3 years work experience as Systems Engineer and Business Analyst). You might have better luck with postgrad programs for which prerequisite is education in Computer Science.
