In what way OACETT certification helps in getting a job ?

I did my Diploma in Mech.Engg and Advance Diploma in Tool Engineering from India.I have landed here in Mississauga as a PR on August10,2005.I have attended a free information session by OACETT and CET.The program was organised by Options at 2 Robert Speck on Sept 7,2005.Wheather to get certified from OACETT will help in getting the jobs?I've to attend 8 weeks program from September 26,2005 and deposit the total fees of $945 which includesOACETT certification fees.Please advise.

getting cet from oacett may help you out.. but it's not worth spending amount for course offered by institute u mention.. wait for sometime before u learn what is required in your field to be recognized.

I suppose registering yourself for PPE exam will provide you with all study materials.Then why the need to share the materials???
Is this anyway to save some $$. Just curious to know!!!!!
