Hi,

I did my landing a few months ago and got my PR & SIN cards. I am now back in my country & may move in the next 2 years. We are planning of having a child and wanted to know what would be the procedure should the child be born out of Canada. How would I regularise his/her paperwork in accordance with the law.

You will have to move back to Canada and then sponsor your child.

Check out the CIC website the exact forms to be filled, the requirements, etc.
