Passport expiring

I received my first medical paper in Mar 04. I sent all reportas to CHC in Apr 04. CHC sent additional medical for me. This medical over by 8 of Dec 04 and report have been sent CHC by 11 of Dec 04. But my passport is expiring on 16 of Jan 05. I had requeasted to CHC for returning of my passport in Sep 04. but no response. Until and unless I do not have valid passport CHC will not issue visa. I don't understand what to do.

Keep faxing them and bringing to their attention that your passport is about to expire. They have to return your passport(s).
