Now the slogan is to ban handguns.
Interesting. This is from the party that spent more than $1 billion of tax payers money for gun registry that has become a joke. What is the end result? Guns are still out there especially in the GTA and other big cities. So what is the deal with the gun registry?

I believe this just a liberal strategy to woo African-American voters. Especially those living in Scarborough or Jane-Finch area.
For a people living outside Toronto, such issues hardly matters
Whether it is Indian or Canadian politicians, the strategy looks like same. Target a particular group of people (minorities), and promise them to resolve their issues.
During same-sex marriage debate, Stepher Harper did the same thing, by giving a statement about how same-sex marriages clashed with cultures of Hindus or Muslims
