Hi all,

My Indian passport expires in March 2011 and I have a couple of international trips planned for Dec 2010 and Jan 2011. I am nervous as any international trips require for a passport to be valid for 3 months after the travel date. I am a permanent resident of Canada currently. I was wondering if any of you knew how long does it actually take to get the new Indian passport back. I know the website says 2 months max but wondering if it is actually less than that. Any help is appreciated. I really hope I can get this sorted and have a new passport for the travels.

I applied for new passport at VFC brampton last month. I got it in 3 weeks.
