President of Guyana ? Barrat Jagdeo born in UP.

we feel proud of him , i am sure Guyanians feel the same way , that is why they elected him.
So can we accept Sonia ? or let Guyanians be better than us?

Well you can not compare Jagdeo with Sonia.... and Canada is a country of immigrants so if an immigrant become MP is not a big deal.. don't forget India is not a country of immigrants.. so you can not compare Herb, Deepak and Rahim with Sonia as well.
And I think CDs must be aware of one more fact : Indian citizenship was forced on Sonia by Indira Gandhi as Sonia was not ready to surrender her Italian citizenship in favor of Indian citizenship.
Jagdeo can be compared with Portuguese of Goa who immigrated to India quite a few generations before. I am sure if someone become PM from Goa no one would mind at all.
It is must be a shameful situation for Cong. (I) that such a great and historical party do not have any well experienced and seasoned leader to lead the party.
Thanks and regards.
