Tranquilizer, tell me something; why did you call someone to fix your Modem ? You actually think ppl will "ehlp" you with such stuff...

Consider this scenario. My landlord's brother works in Symaptico's customer service. Often in WINDOWS installation you have this statement "Press any KEY to continue"...

He says that customers often ask "..But i dont see ANY key " :p

So problems dono taraf hai ;) Stupid customers and equally stupid servics folks.

If you want to avoid all these hassles, then I would suggest one thing.. Rip apart your computer.. format your HDD (after nacking it up of 'cos) and then build your own machine from scratch. Avoid using dial-up connections.. It suckzz...

The level of customer service is just the kind of eye wash and hypocracy.
the biggest thing is that the customer service agents are just rattafied and do not know anything beyond

" hope this helps, is that anyway i can help you or
i think i have already helped you,"

everythng irrelvant,

Very sad, shameful customer service , moveover it takes hours together to be on phone and explain them which hardly they understand.. all looks like people are slaves of computer and talk what computer flashes, do not bother to use brain. doubt if they have brain or some intelligence. May be canadian education is such which makes them so ignorant and most of time arrogant. Even a five star or four star hotel staff do not know how to be little polite with customer. I remember when in Quality inn in Montreal i missed my breakfast by 1 minute. since i was at 9.00.30 a.m. at restaurant, and they said we are sorry you are late, and no one was bothered to even talk to me.. very arrogant duds. not seen such attitude anywhere in the world.

Customer service in canada is only a time wasting affair. You hold phone for long time with interactive voice system and finally you hear something irrelvant and back to square. It is painful thing.

I agree, customer service sucks at a lot of places. Especially if you have to call up a govt. agency.

I'm not sure what Canada has to do with it though, this is the same story with the U.S.

Which would you rate as some of the best countries for Customer service?
