I was going through some other posts and did read the posts these 3-4 ppl have put up.

Hey it's fine. actually it's fun. just imagine the anger, fury etc arising in these ppl. when they read these honest posts.

just enjoy urself and forget about these guys. We still have to survive. We have enough indignation from the country that we shouldn't get more from these idiots.

Hi CD friends

Before you read this, please read my post on page 8 and Duncan’s outburst (rejoinder) on the same page. This will help to put things in right context. My experience all along with Duncan, Crenshaw and their ilk is that they always distort other people’s post and start abusing anybody who criticizes Canadian policy.

This Duncan has really short fuse which explodes quickly. He accuses me of creating differences amongst Desis. I just have a different perspective and opinion about Canada and I am sure my CD friends are not immature to perceive this as something bad. In fact, it is normal for INTELLIGENT people to have difference of opinions and debate. Well Duncan, it is obvious from your post that you really feel obligated to Canada for granting you the ultimate privilege of Canadian Citizenship and provide you an opportunity to serve the Queen. However, I do not hare your views. Canada “invites” immigrants and not “obliges” them. They need immigrants for economic reason. It is that simple and clear so please do not give me that crap that I am going against Canada. There have been large number of reports by Federal and Non profit organizations which emphatically have reiterated what I have stated in my post that there clear discrimination in Canada against non white people. So do not start “you live and eat in Canada and still do not love the Country” Just because I criticize Canadian policy towards immigrants does not make me a bad guy. Your concept of “love” for country is very weird and hyphenated. There is a hell of difference between “cursing” and criticizing. Better you learn a little bit more English before “CURSING” me.

As I had mentioned in my post on page 8, again you advise me to leave Canada! While Federal Govt is shouting at pitch of its voice that they require more immigrants, you are asking me to leave! Just ponder over your suggestion. Don’t you think that by advising me to leave, you are rendering a great disservice to your beloved mother Queen?

Your post is really full of uncivilized language and I really shudder when I think of people around you. Do you talk to them in the same language?

Well, CD friends, if you read my post on page 8 you will find that I clearly mentioned that there are very large numbers of things that are wrong in India. Also I stated clearly that most CD (Especially me ) are disappointed not because they do not earn enough but because they feel cheated that most of us are not offered opportunity to work in their profession and have to serve under white masters whose only qualification is white skin.

I still stand by whatever I stated in my post on page 8 and I would appreciate if you can logically and in a civilized manner convince me and other CDs that Canada has been fair to them.

So be a sport and bring it on!

just because u people are professionals and not got good job after coming to Canada doesn't mean that everyone else is in ur shoes. and inidian_immigrant if u think that I am one of those who are foreign crazy then plz for ur very very kind information most of my family members are in this country from long time and every one is well established. but yes I was happy in India and am more happy here. the thing is I don't beleive in luck, I beleive in hard work. I started my life in this country working on a gas station, but I make my way through every hurdle. I realized the importance of canadian education and experience to survive here. and now I have white people working under me. so I don't have any regret, and as a human I always wanted to help others. but now I find that its of no use.
Canadian desis have aprox 20000 members, but most of them are not happy with the system here. or they are new immigrants. My manager at workplace is also Indian and when I aked him bout this site, he didn't even know bout this. and he said that no succesful Indian in this country has time to spend writting on canadian desi or any other thread. and people on these thread will not even listen to u. and I found this very true.
I had also seen whites working as a labor, but they don't blame it on anyone. but our Indian brothers always complain bout this and that.
I will only say that if u want to be part of canada, you have to forget what u were back home. and start driving on a new road.
I had never bond or say restrict myself to the boudaries of one religion, culture, tradition or nation. I think I am human first and should respect the other people as a human and not if he is an indian, white, muslim, sikh, hindhu or whatever. I belive that this is the only mantra of me as a succeful human being. but I hate people who don't respect there land of living. and that is the mantra for my success in this country.
as i found most of u guys have one or the other prob in this country, but plz start finding a solution before its too late and stop blaming me or crenshew here.
