Dhaikin:
That is what I said earlier.
Without a reality check, if some is coming to Canada believing an immigration consultant is stupidity.
Anyway the one I proposed will be a FREE counselling / help centre for mainly those who are already in Canada and needs some positive thoughts.

I see CD itself as a very good platform to start with .
With TK's monopoly, I dont think this is a good platform.

I am a Gents and not a Ladies.
Tree No 7,
Absoluteky agree with your points,.
Only IT and finance people can survive in Canada. All the rest, future us bleak.
Anyways, I encourage people to come to Canada and suffer.
Esp south Indians like to come to Canada to earn money and stay back to see and talk to slim white peoples. They loose all their money but still stay for prestige !

TK where the hell do you come up with your facts like "Esp south Indians like to come to Canada to earn money and stay back to see and talk to slim white peoples."
I'm south Indian origin….Madras Tamil to be specific and that statement can’t be further from the truth. Please don’t make statements like this calling yourself Canadian, as people would think all Canadian are clowns like you which WE ARE NOT!!

OK very related to the topic, I am going to give a very different picture for what happens when a DESI gets a job in Canada.
We just hired an proffessional in our office where I am working since 7 yrs. The guy is Indian and was looking for job from last 2 yrs and surviving through odd jobs. He was very happy on the first day of the job and especially meeting me so that he can have some desi talking. But the guy just couldn't speak English properly. I mean he was understanding it, but was not fluent and because of that there was quite a few odd moments where people ask him some question & he didn't gave a related answer & just walked away as he couldn't get the right words to express.
Well some people are finding it very rude & I am trying to help him around as much as possible. But when I suggested him to join some ESL classes in evening, he was in return mad at me yelling that I am just bragging about my command of the language.....
So please people when you shout about you not getting a job or anything, first go to a government office or a mall & find some english guy or girls and try talking for half an hour in english abour different things & then evaluate about yourself.
I hope I am not rude but I have heard a lot about people crying of not getting a job & when they get one they just realise that they are not ready for one !!!
