JRF, thanks for the good advice but its too early for me to go for such a venture. My budget for a rental apartment is 1000 to 1300 CAD per month.
How many beds ?

Two beds
1477 Mississauga Valley blvd + other two buildings connected have two beds for $1288 + parking (until you buy your car).
Schools are walkable for all three levels (Elementary, middle, Senior), grocery is again walkable (metro), still need to take a bus to go to Indian grocery but bus is at your door step. The facility has a secured gate to access through code, has a swimming pool with lifeguard on duty (I really count on it for small kids), has a Gym, has a park within the compound.
Community center, library, walking wood trails, parks are again next door (10 minutes walk), Square one is walkable in 15 minutes, access to celebration square in summer is a bliss with small kids. The street looks amazing with its view in summer and the parking is underground, so you are spared shoveling snow / car in winter.
$1000 and $1200 brings much more benefits and amenities. Its again your choice, do some video research in google on these apartments.
As TK mentioned, Mabelle ave is also a good choice but the area is pretty boring. Very accessible to Toronto though, you need to add another 45 minutes to Downtown if living in 1477 Mississauga valley blvd compared to living in Mabelle. I lived in both and have first hand experience of commuting to downtown.

Hasni :
$ 1288 seems very cheap when compared with the facilities. You may want to recheck the prices and availability before zeroing on this.
Again this apartments will lead you to school which is moderately populated by black people's children who come from middle / low income groups in this area. So take double care.
The other side of Hurontario has a different school where the crowd is better. Anyways, your choice.
if I were you, I would only see in Webb drive area and west of it only.

Hasni:
Just googled and saw. Lot of advertisements for those apartments but controlled by brokers. brokers normally require good credit history and job security. So you will need to find a owner leased and see if he will lease it out to you without any credit history / job. Condo's (having swimming pool Gym) generally require job / credit history, but try your luck.
rent is $ 1290 only.

Hi TK, pls let me know which one of the following do you consider somewhat reasonable for family living, pls keep in mind that I have got a limited budget to work with!
Bough Beeches boulevard - for one school my wife would have to walk around 13 minutes one way
Williamsport Drive - somewhat manageable walk
Havenwood drive - manageable walk
Paisley boulevard west - has the best walk score
