Sir, if you had already made up your mind for coming to Canada, then why were you asking 'decisive questions'? You should have asked for the tips or rather search in charcha before asking because these topics have been discussed already many times.
Anyway, my tip to you would be: Do not work hard in Canada, work Smart. Its my own experience, that in Canada, those who work hard, they get all the work and those who work smart, they get everything (health, wealth and all) except work.
Secondly, 'Upanyasa', if I am not wrong, is a Hindi word which means 'A Novel' or 'A single story book' (correct me if I am wrong). I was never trying to give you 'Upanyasa' but was trying to give you 'Paramarsh' or 'Salah'. Its upto you whether you take it or not.

Mr Rao, if you have made up your mind of coming here then please do so. It is you who has to lead all the struggles and pitfalls associated with it (immigrating to Canada). I see many ppl egging you on ('''distinguishing between boys and men etc., " 
).. Well what can I say; only that it is you who has to face these troubles and not them.
If you want to give your family (read your son) a different kind of life then you also should have the money to give it to him. IN order to get that money, you should find work that pays you that kind of money. YOu think abt it... If you are in a well paying job and having read 90% of all the horro stories of ppl coming here and getting disillusioned... what else do you think we have to say to you ??

Pitahmah, the mere fact that Mr. Rao is in two minds complicates the issue. Lil' wonder he has asked our opinions, negative and positive. Your positive comments were most appropriate. However, your use of that phrase (what you choose to call as opinion) made me wonder, and I have stated my views in the post.
Any problems that he faces, he alone will be responsible for it. Tell me if somewhere down the lane, he faces some problems and lays the blame on you, would you be responsible for it ? I dont think so, neither can you can take any responsibility for it. So let us all rant here (with the negatives and positives) and let Mr. Rao make his decision

Its good to see mktg engg coming to canada. Do they need u? well who can answer to that, I beleive CIC can not provide answer too. Here they do not have position like mktg engg. It is inside sales, outside sales, inside sales - application etc. So you have to target these position within your area of expertise. They do take brownies in inside sales job, but Indians get discriminated by yellow guys...(I hope you know them)....it is very tough to get into any professional job, but you got to search for it really hard. 90% chance is you have to work as a volunteer (in your profession) to get canadian company reference letter.
Infact I beleive if you are a mktg person & you have searched customers for your company in India, It will not be difficult for you to search a customer for yourself. It will depend on what exhausts first \"your pocket empties first or your determination breaks.......\" Best of luck!!!
