Can you please let me know if you're aware of any acco(preferabbly 1 BR Aptmnt) near Warden/Denison ?

Hi there. There are no apartment buildings in that area at all. There are some south of Steeles on Warden/Birchmount. However, if you're looking for a basement apartment, there will be some in the neighbourhood just south east of the intersection of Warden/Denison.

Thanks Guys.

Can you please let me know how much would it cost me if I want to rent an apartment(1br) or basement, near Finch subway ? As in that case I can still catch the direct bus to my office and would be able to visit Toronto as well at ease.

You're looking at about $700-$900. It is a bit pricer there because of the high demand location.
