She will never lose her Canadian PR status if she is accompanying you outside Canada.
If a spouse who is a PR is accompanying a Canadian citizen spouse, he/she doesn't have to fulfill the residency obligation of staying in Canada for 735 days in a five year period.

yes but I want her to have her citizenship so we can fall back to Canada if things don't work out in USA. If I migrate now there is a slim chance she may lose her Canadian PR status and hence she wont have PR nor citizen.

But yes, in order for her to be eligible for citizenship, she needs to be physically present in Canada for 1095 days in previous four years.

Regards,
^^ you are right. I am not making sense. Well I feel if we are all citizens we can try to go anywhere in the world and if things don't work out we can fall back. I don't trust the PR clause and how long it will stay intact. Also Canadian citizens are accepted worldwide easily and generally its easier to get a work visa/dual citizen etc with a canadian passport than with an Indian passport.
Once I have Canadian passports for all, then we can think global
