Hi Hiren,
I am not sure you're still looking for a land line +Long distance plan, for your info I have just signed up with Telehop, they are offering VOIP land line 49.99 every month with unlimited India calling (Land +Mobile). You should be having high speed internet for the VOIP to function.

I am using comwave and I find it very cheap as well as they have various bundles so one can choose the talk time they want and pay accordingly or ma yy get as law as 2.95 cent per minute and no contract, and no cancelation fees(can be cancelled anytime without notice) and $3.00 monthly fees and no activation charge with good quality service. I found this is the cheapest rate available in the market.

Interetsed in knowing if any one is paying less then this.

Sha2nk,
I am using a calling card known as calling card.
A $5 card costs $4 in Mississauga. I found that I can talk for around 2.9 cents to 3.1 cents a min. to any land line or mobile in India. There is no connection fee and the card is valid for 8 weeks upon activation. I can store my pin number and hence donot need to keep on typing the pin for every call.
The quality is crystal clear. For calls within Canada, US, UK, Australia it is 1 cents a minute. all calls are deducted by the minute. I save mainly as there is no monthly fees.
I used to spend $80 a month through reliance and then $40-$ 60 on Sears. Now I am spending just $30 a month max.
Hope this helps.

Peace by a PD
