hi
its strange that u r talking about saving Rs,100000/- pm when u r saying ur salary would be C$2500(Rs.87500).
minimum amount requird for survival is C$2000.
after tax ur income will roughly around C$2000.
so u will be at break-even.
whatever ur wife will earn will be ur saving.

YES, you can do that. Rs 10,000 means abt CAD 300 only, which is not a big deal to save. If u move to smaller cities, you can save still more.

If you are single and willing in living in shared accommodation, saving $300 out of $2000 would not be difficult.

If you are coming alone and sharing with someone for stay I think you can manage everything within $1000- -1200 per month.
