Dear All,
Well, 'discussion' is a never ending and normally inconclusive process. Here I put in mine part. Before that I appreciate Deepak Sant for giving very fare and valuable advice on the topic.
Dimple 2001 is right by trying to say that 'do as Roman do when in Rome' /or 'do as Japanese do when...', and speak in the right way for making host country men feel good. But what is that right way. My experience (Canadian) from six different employers is that 'Mr. Right' is the person who writes the check. I have worked for six different bosses in Canada and every time I had to understand and try to speak different style of English- Chinese/ Desi/ South African/ Russian...
So if I am the boss and I have Canadian Gora as my employee (a wishful thinking), Then it is he who will try to speak and understand Veeman style desi angreji, call a 'business card' as 'visiting card' to please me and to get Canadian Exp. for good.
-Ben
(a simple advice to Veeman and others- why not to let MS office check your spellings before you finally send a letter, as I always do)
Dear Dsant,
Thanks for your reply. What you said is true as you see the world differently as compared to a new immigrant as you have plenty of experience under your belt. You said about desi’s being successful and not posting messages in CD. Yes there are tons of those who are driving trucks, taxis have opened banquet halls, gas stations are millionaires. They never complain, only people who have to find job in their fields complain.
Regarding US there are plenty of consultants who are ready to give you training and job after you finish your training. The reason being there are plenty of jobs in IT in US than in Canada. I have friends in US, India and Canada. All my friends have got jobs in MNC in India and US and all of us Canadians friends are doing factory jobs. The reason being so called “Canadian Experience”. We all graduated from same college at same time. I personally know many guys who have come from India and US to get a job in IT in Canada but they were told, you don’t have so called Canadian Experience and they went back. Some guys have gone to US and they definitely found better jobs. Regarding hard work and struggle its everywhere, doesn’t matter you are in US, Canada or India
Anyways it’s a never ending topic, so I would suggest anybody to get start as soon as possible, try here for 3 yrs and if you can’t. Move to US, there are plenty of jobs.
Canadian System don't need your education or experience of your field. They only need people with english read and write skills for labour market.
NAFTA signed to get cheap labour on this side of North America and so by creating artificial developed country setup (still working), they are cheating the world. In depth this is not market for professional.
Canada is cheap manufacturing state for America and I don't believe that Canada is independent from Americain influence.
It is heaven for those who came from rural areas of world Or even from rural areas of Canada who can get a good labour jobs here easily without higher education and canadian experience.
I saw a program of TV about this topic and ended with saying
"We do not asked you to choose Canada, it is your choice. now we have trapped you, now make your way to get out this situation"
So this situation will not change for long time because it is in the favour of this country to get cheap labour by any means but people do not believe that it is true and eager to come here by any means and Canadian Goverment's marketing for country is very good worldwide.
So every one want to play gamble and think he will winner Jackpot.
thanks

Dear crenshaw,
thanks for telling me about my poor english. This country only needs this kind of english skills. If you are ESL Teacher, kindly show employers your english skills. When ever I need good english then i will go for ESL.
I worked in labour market where peoples can not do add/substract numbers, can not speak english. Those peoples are proud to be citizens of canada. They are happy because they are making more money then their expections.
I am Landed Immigrant since 2003. I am a software developer and developed few M$.Net appilcations and websites in Canada. I worked 13 years in software development industry. When I landed in Canada my qualifications wasted and pushed me to work with those un-educated peoples to make my end meals.
This canadian system only wants to pull more and more skilled peoples in labour market by any means. If you are lucky enough or have strength to get out of this trap, you may be successfull. (may be)
I also worked with person who did BSc. Computer Sciences from York University and still earning $12/hr on same company. So if you call it success after getting education here then think again.
More My cousin who is also doing studies for Pharmacy Technician here, unable to get job for co-up and now looking volunteer job.
So I this system a lot skilled peoples are comming in every year and here jobs are very very limited and it is almost impossible to find job of your required field.
Yes, i will be off from this boat after acheiving my goal, as a lot people already done. For example, recently 12000 canadian citizens was evacuted from labenon war. Why those people choose home country over Canada ?
So my suggestion to all those who consider to immigrant to Canada, first evaluate your strength (not skills) to get of this trap.
"Canadian System is a big Scam." so be prepared if you let it in your life
