So the implication is that ....
people who can't screw the system are jealous of those who can?
>Again jealousy will be there at all levels. Following examples are :
1. People who are in India are jealous of familes migrating to Canada
2. People who pay health tax but who donot have the need to go to the hospital are jealous of people who get a heart triple by pass surgery Free
3. People on EI are jealous of people on welfare
4. people at work are jealous of people on Welfare..
5. People funder under ontario skills devlopment are jealous of people under second career (B'cos OSD cap is $28 K and SC cap is $ 28K for tution + unlimited living allowance / childcare/ gas charge / food allowance / parking / family benefits etc...)
6. Sc's are jealous of Bharamins (for their culture, Skin colour, Beauty of their females.).
7. Bharamins are jealous of SC's (b'cos of their quota).
and the list could go on....

I went through all your 17 pages forum to understand the matter. first of all congratulation that you fight with your situation and come out with something good for your future.
I want to apply for my wife for this HRDC skill development training. I want more information regards to this matter.some of my information as follow
My wife was on maternity on march 2006. after that she worked only around 6 month as parttime telemarketer from sep 2007 to apr 2008. Now we went to VPI for apply her training update for back to work as my son now 3.5 year old and we can take care easily.
My wife having background of B.SC chemistry and diploma Medical Lab technician certificate from india. She wants to do study as dental assistant or medical lab technician here right now.VPI case manager accept his file and said that she is eligible for training and given bunch of reserch document to submit.
now my question is I am working full time monthly approx income is 2500$ with child benefit is 200$. My wife did not work from last 1 and 1/2 year. what should i do to get enogh money from HRDC as tution fees and living cost?
My one fried was saying me that i have enough earning to run my monthly expence so they will give you only tution fees .
IF i showed more expence than they might ask how was you doing before?
how i showed daycare cost?
How i present my file to HRDC for get tution cost + some of living cost too?
( I recently invest 14000$ to my spousal RRSP, does it any impact to her?)
Do i need to take all of my money from my bank?

Thanks for your quick reply,
IN daycare i do not want to put my kid in registered daycare. in my neightbourhood there are some desi who is doing babysitting. I would like to put my kids with them( you know it saves time and also they provide vegetarian food as we eat everyday also cheaper than registered daycare, so we can save some money from this daycare cost)
is it ok if i show computersied print receipt and fax to MTCU every week and also show expence in my incometax return? Also that baby sitter will also show income in them incometax return file.

First and foremost, remember you are in foreign country and you are second class citizen. This is canada and candian have more rights as you have more rights in India if you are Indian.Secondly you are employed by your employers that means if you are working 8 hours for them, then they have every right to ask you to do any job. You should never say no. accept the job given and if it is not completed then you go and explain the work completed and ask for the extra time for the remaining work to be completed.
Remember if you immediate boss gives you responsibiltiies, he is also answerable to his superiors. One should have the tendency to switch on and off which means, once you step into office, you forget home and outside world and sincerely do your work. As lord Krishna says, do your karma sincerely and honestly and leave the rest to me and once you step into your home, you forget your office.
Now, first and foremost, you go and apologise to your superiors and put in an apologise letter and ask for one more chance to prove yourself in job and promise them such type of behaviour will never recur. secondly if they don't agree request them very very politely to give good references and try for another job. (be psotive you will get another job) and please behave yourself and don't throw tantrums in jobs. never repeat same mistake twice.
