thanks unitz.
Wall-E, there are multiple reasons for me to leave SG :
Most important is the working hours, out here I spend almost 64+ hour every week and weekends are not really off-day anymore.
Previously I have worked in Thailand, Hong kong, so now want to gain the experience outside asia , explore different culture , country .
New company is promising me that it's 40 hours job, so i can have more time for family , to do other activities / further studies.
Money, sure I'm saving good amount in SG and looking at the threads here and study so far, should be able to save CAD 2-3K/ Month, which is almost there.

I guess if you want a change in culture and environment then worthwhile since I think you have no children.
However working hours .. I think you could get a job in singapore with less working hours. In canada working hours are typically 40 (no one generally works weekends). but in technology sector you are expected to put more hours (without pay) when required .. so sometimes you could be doing 50 to 60 hours. Also remember typically at least in greater toronto area you could add 2 hours daily for commute time (1 hour each way).
Another thing I want to let you know. In Singapore labour is relatively cheap .. I understand you can get some one from Philipines for Sing $700/month who does nearly everything .. cooking, cleaning, taking care of children etc.
Here you need to do everything yourself .. so house chores and house maintainence takes up a lot of time .. so generally people are not free.
For me life on weekdays is hectic .. work, commute, dinner, post dinner cleanup, spend a little time with kids, and then sleep.
Weekends is busy shopping, doing errands and groceries. Work does not take up much time, but house chores do .... cutting grass, snow shoveling, vacuuming, putting up shelves, wall painting etc.
But yes you can get time on weekends to spend with your family.
