Gosh.... Till we were in Mississauga, my son would happily take Indian foods....
But since have move to Oakville, he simply wants more 'recognizable' foods....But I still give him home-made against ready to eat frozen.....I recently bought a George Foreman grill from Walmart for $17 which is such a good investment....
1. Pasta or noodles with- boiled egg/stir fry chicken/shrimp/tofu/sausage - any
2. Chicken fillets- thawed - dip in beaten egg and then coated with Italian flavoured bread crumbs - and then grill it with /without oil.... Make sandwich with mayo and lettuce
3. Sausage in omlette sandwich - thinly slice sausage and mix it with whisked eggs- make omlette - make a sandwich with mayo and lettuce (lettuce prevents the bread from becoming soggy)
4. 2-3 nuggets in a sandwich- on those days when you are running late
5. Pilsburys mini pizza pockets / pizzas - again for late days
6. Act ll - 50% less calorie popcorn
7. Wrap sandwches
8. Rajma on roti, cheese with stir fried chicken - chicken quessadillas
9. Stir fry mushrooms with finely chopped onion and garlic in a bit of butter- put in on bread slice - put a little shredded cheese - grill it
Hope you are non-veg.... otherwise these may have to be modified....
I guess list has to be modified, as I am veg. ha ha
