Hi guys this is my first post here, right now I am in absolute state of confusion in regards to making a move to immigrate to canada preferably Toronto.
Based on my background can any one currently in Canada help me out to make the right move.
I am a 25 year old unmarried male, living in Mumbai India with my parents and share quite a happy life financially, socially, career wise as well so far.
I am currently handling my fathers fast food restaurant which generates enough income to take care of all our family of three includes me , my parents requirement with savings accounting to approx 2000$ CAD if converted from Indian currency.
Education wise I have a post graduation in hospitality management which I studied at London UK , worked there for two years as well, and I loved the lifestyle and strongly agree about the quality of life that country provides.
Back in India the quality of lifeis deteroiting infact of growing economy, ever growing corruption, bad infrastructure, rising expense etc is also making living here challenging with no peace of mind at times.
So I thought to again take the student stream , get into a college do a course in toronto, see how things work out there , pick up a job in hotel industry , meanwhile my restaurant back home will be managed by my manager. So that I keep one door open in case canada fails for me I.e I can go back to India and to my business.
Is it worth the risk?
My fiancé is a MBA from Mumbai and has a job in a reputed company as marketing manager in India, so if I get married before I leave India will she get a dependent visa?
Can she work full time? Considering her qualification and experience what kind of job will she get?
What visas can our parents apply in case they will visit us?
Thanks

Read up the requirements for immigration. Check out to see if your profession / occupation is eligible via any of the number of immigration paths.
In short, securing a career in Canada is quite challenging, to put it mildly. You'd have to weigh between good career / negative environment in India vs. challenge to obtain jobs / positive environment in Canada.

Just focus on your subject. Corruption is every where in the world. And Indian population is 1250 million approximately. In Canada it is just 33 million. About 40 times, Indian popultaion is more than Canadian and in fact, right now, one or two issues do rock in Canada also in corruption.
Just focus on your requirement.
Of course Indian Economy is growing, faster than Canada.Just for your info.
Best wishes.
Being young it is good to explore. But if things don't happen, don't get depressed. Move on. Qualified people not landing a decent job is indeed a reality here and not just excuses given by people (there may be few who are lazy, we can ignore them). You have plenty of stories to read in CD.
Ultimately you will decide on what you think is right for you no matter what other people say. Best wishes anyway.

I second with Mr. Pandya.
Donot come to Canada if you have a good background in India.
As Nelson Mandela said, you find more hills once you climb the first hill. So better not climb any hills.
You must think how Canada built its population. It fools people and encourages though lies to migrate.
Just now, there is a scam going on saying that Manitoba needs 250,000 jobs to will by 2020 which is just 7 years away. This is all a total lie and it makes people soft and they try to immigrate to atleast Toronto , the most cosmo town with a sizable desi population.
All the best.
