Just as a bit of trivia.
Some students from India happened to mention that last night Miss Canada was crowned Miss Universe. They expected it to be news all over the front page today but to their amazemwnt, it wasn't so. They say that had Miss India been crowned Miss U, the dailies in India would have it splattered all over.
I didn't even know Miss C was Miss U until I called my friend from India today.

LSD, lots of jobs here. The economy is up, FDI has increased by 90% so far this year. The stock market is soaring.
But don't forget, there are no benefits and you can never ever become a citizen or even a resident, even after marrying an Indonesian.
However, you can get around that.
One thing though, the medical care here is EXCELLENT. i know you don't believe it, but when you have money, you don't wait in line, the doctors i go to are all skilled and are paid a fixed wage. What a pleasure! In CAnada whenever I went to see a doctor, the schmuck would never look me in the eye and stop listening to me after about 10 seconds. THen he would either (1) tell me it was all in my head (2) write some indecipherable prescription and then stand there with his hand on the doorknob, ushering me out and making it clear he wasn't going to spend any more time on me.
In Indo the doctor sits down, asks many many questions, doesn't cut you off and genuinely WANTS TO HELP YOU. he will never send you away saying, "that's a second problem. make another appointment" or some such garbage. What about his responsibility? How can a doctor send away a person in pain saying "make another appointment" or "it's all in your head"?
The world's industrial production is moving to Asia. If you come here, you will not be disappointed. North America has been in slow decline since the Vietnam War. The politicians are trying to cushion the people from the decline as much as possible, but the game is up, IMO.
whoever wants to live in indonesia of all places ? what a crappy choice
Thanks for the info Chris.

dan, let me ask you a question:
if you had the choice, would you rather be poor in a rich country, or rich in a poor country?
think it over and let me know your answer.
to be or not to be !!!
Ur Q reminds me of the ephemereal choice --- 2b rich amongst the poor or 2 b poor amongst the rich .......... The answer wud b subjective much like the half filled half empty glass syndrome .
While others may like 2 b rich amongst the poor I wud prefer 2 b poor amongst the rich......... at least that ways u can enjoy better infrastructure...........
Manasvi.
