You're confusing two different things
1. My inclination to stop personal attacks on the forum as a moderator. Give me an example of one where there was a uninstigated pesonal attack against you and I'll take care of that. Just like how I did when you started calling someone's Mom's names. This is irrespective of what your opinions and stance on this issue is.
2. My desire to participate in the charcha as a member of the site. When I'm arguing against you about topics like these, feel free to respond without any hesitation at all, so long as you don't make personal attacks.

I never used anyones mother name. Country is defined as Mother, like Vande Matram. so whenever I said mother it was for India.
If you scroll up and read it personal attack always started by indo-Kannedian.
I will tell you what is hurting them, It's not my comment nor any one's personal comment.
What hurt them is when they left country they thought India will stop moving without them.irrespective of million of migration, India did very well in all field. Middle class is living much better condition then those who came here.
India don't give these people any importance when they travel to India but they expected to be treated like VIP, so they start pointed bijali sadak pani etc.Even their own relative don't give them importance.
Their children treated like ABCD no matter how much award they can win in spelling bee Indian don't give any $hit to them however they are good source of entertainment for bollywood movie.
When it comes to be a successful it was always child who did very well were born and brought up in India then their, which pinch them.
they left country for "swarn mrig" now they confused what they have achieved in their life. what hurt them is how can billions of people live happily, can celebrate their culture and festival openinly but irrespective of having Kanedian Dollar in their pocket they can't enjoy that much.
neither they have given "lord Governer" treatment here nor in back home. their frustration is Jayaj.
Most of them doing something for India is buying calling card and call to frnds and relative.
Happiness of billion indian what hurt them the most.

Infact the government of India understand's the role of Indian origin people that is why we have a seperate ministry to look after the affairs.

I can talk of personal experience here..
I worked in the US for 7 years and then due to health/work/visa problems went back to india.
I stayed there for couple of years and then moved to canada.
My experience was that the indian work culture is very differenct from here. U may very well have forgotten it .. To get ahead in india it is a 9am to 9pm job and sometimes it could be 7 days a week.. I was in bombay so i had to commute 2 hrs each way.. Plus there is the Yes Yes Sir attitude u need to have.
More often than not ur international exp will be equated to half of what u had here. Me,my manager and her manager both had graduated the same year so u can imagine. so when u go back u could have one of ur coworkers or someone with lesser exp as ur manager..
Make sure u are mentally ready for all this.
I took it for a year and then decided that Canada might be a easier option and have no regrets.. Been here for 2 years and i barely put in 7 hrs a day and get paid almost as much as i used to get paid in US.
Health care in canada is miles better than US or india. For minor problems india is better but for major illness/surgeries u cannot trust any doctor..
Where i think india makes a difference is raising kids.. I would not raise my kids here or in the US. Ofcourse we should always let the kids have an option to come back by retaining citizenship..

Small illness is very common in India but at the same time it is getting cured also very fast. Here health care system is very bad. Until you are not serios ill, you will not see doctors.
