Thanks for me, but this is what i got in my email along with the request to do Med and pcc
See below:
Instructions for Medical Examination - A
In order to determine if you meet the medical admissibility criteria in Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), it is necessary for you and your eligible family members to undergo medical examinations.
IMPORTANT – Please Read First:
1) These instructions apply to applicants who will be completing their medical examination in India, Nepal or Bhutan. If you (or any of your family members) intend to complete your examination in any other country, please inform our office and we will provide alternate instructions and forms. To expedite a response, please contact us by email (see http://www.india.gc.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK for contact details).
2) You do not require any other forms or instructions to present yourself for the medical examination. See below for instructions on what to bring to the examination.
3) If you are receiving these instructions and attachments via e-mail, note that you will not receive any separate instructions by regular mail.
Now it clearly states to inform them if not doing the medicals in home country, and i did inform them but no response.
Please shed some light.
Did people receive same kind of letter or different version?
Thanks

i posted this question earlier, however didnot get any response. I will really appreciate if anyone can help.
I got this finger printing request (2nd request) email from CIC-Pilot :
============================
If you are outside of Canada and not living in the USA, please contact the appropriate visa office for fingerprint instructions:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp
You must contact the visa office within 30 days from the date of this notice. The appropriate visa office will send the fingerprints and a copy of this notice directly to the RCMP in Canada. The RCMP will send the results to the Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa at the address below within the processing time on the RCMP website.
=============================
I have checked the CIC-India website but no information is there and My parents have already tried contacting Delhi Embassy in person, but no information was provided either. I wrote an email to Delhi Embassy about the same, no response yet.
Anyone aware of such request?

Hello
I have adopted my brother's son one year back.
All the formalities at Indian end are completed like registration, court decree/order and passport.
I want to know how I can sponsor my adopted son now. What is the procedure? are there any speedy ways I can bring him to Canada. I live in Edmonton.
Please help
